Air roasted in order to separate chaff out of your coffee. Most coffee roasters roast with fire or drum method which will leave the burnt chaff in your coffee.

3 strengths available: Medium is gentle. Light is slightly stronger. Ultra Light is the strongest enema coffee, but not recommended for the frail, or elderly or those starting for the first time.
