Q: How can I make a purchase from SupplyPlanet?
A: To get started, simply register and check out our buying guide. Keep in mind that SupplyPlanet supports over 35,000 accounts with a small but growing team, which helps keep costs low and makes deals beneficial for everyone.
Q: Can you ship directly to FBA, my prep center, my warehouse, or my home?
A: Yes! We can ship to any location within the US,UK whether it’s an Amazon/TikTok location, your prep center, or a third-party warehouse.
Q: Can SupplyPlanet provide shipping costs for FBA/FBY or my warehouse?
A: Absolutely! We can quote shipping costs, or you can obtain an independent quote. In some cases, you may need to use pre-quoted freight, and we’ll inform you about this during the order process.
Q: Some Marketting Platform limits certain SKUs to 200 pieces. Can I buy less or split the shipment?
A: For most products, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is fixed. You can email your sales rep with the Deal ID and your offer for consideration, but please note that we do not allow split shipments.
Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?
A: It varies by destination:
- For shipments to Amazon/Tiktok, send us a purchase request for a quote.
- For other warehouses, you can either request a quote from us or use the provided information to get a quote from your shipping company.
Q: Can I purchase as an individual without a Tax ID?
A: Yes! Just enter “NA” in the Tax ID field if you don’t have one. Please note we require a tax-exempt certificate when shipping to NY.
Q: Are pricing and minimum order quantities flexible?
A: Pricing and minimums are determined by contracts with our brands and distributors. If you’d like to negotiate, start by requesting the current minimum and pricing, and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: Where are the products located?
A: Each deal is stored in a different third-party warehouse, and inventory is often transferred to our warehouse before shipping to you.
Q: Can I download a product spreadsheet?
A: Yes! We have a live product spreadsheet available for bookmarking and downloading at any time, updated throughout the day.
Q: How long will it take to receive my goods after ordering?
A: We provide estimated lead times in days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the shipping company. Wholesale orders can be more complex, so delays may occur.
Q: Do you apply ASIN labels or offer other prep services?
A: We typically offer these services only if the product is shipping from our location. Please check the product page for any notes about transparency codes.
Q: What if an item stops selling well or I get banned from selling it?
A: We cannot be held responsible for issues you face while selling items on Amazon/Tiktok or other marketplaces, including IP claims or counterfeit claims.
Q: Do you provide invoices for ungating on Amazon?
A: No, we do not issue invoices before the sale for ungating purposes.
Q: How can I verify that the items are legitimate and not counterfeit?
A: We have direct relationships with nearly all the brands on our website but cannot provide documentation of our sources.
Q: Do you offer NET terms?
A: Currently, we do not offer NET terms. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Q: Can I cancel my order or return items?
A: We don’t allow cancellations or returns, but we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Q: What should I do if a shipment is missing units or the wrong items were sent?
A: You can submit a claim by emailing our team within 30 days of delivery. Proof is required, and claims without proof submitted within 7 days will be considered closed.
Q: Are all products sold on SupplyPlanet brand new, unexpired, and retail ready?
A: Yes, all products are brand new, unexpired, and retail ready.
Q: Where can I find shipping information?
A: Shipping details will be on the product page under the logistics tab. The ship-from address and case information will be available at checkout after you receive a quote.
IMPORTANT: Final shipment details, including case/pallet quantities, weight, dimensions, and ship-from information, are available only after the order is packed.
